Where are we ?

Located in the center of Biarritz, OCEAN 7 is easy to reach. The proximity of train stations and stations, the efficient transport network and the numerous parking options, many of which are free, make getting around and exploring easy!

 

COME

By Plane : Directly connected to 14 destinations, Biarritz International Airport is 3.4 km from the city center and therefore from OCEAN 7. Txik Txak bus line 11 takes you directly to the "Le Palais" station in front of the Victoria Surf Residence. Lines 3 and then T1 drop you off in front of the door at the "Le Palais" station.

AIRPORT

By Bus to the Victoria Surf Residence:
- From the Airport , Line 11 direct to the foot of the Residence, station "Le Palais" (Journey time 16', Frequency: 30').

- From Biarritz Station , Line 5 and Line 12 direct to the foot of the Residence, "Le Palais" station (Line 5 Journey time 15', Frequency 20' - Line 12 Journey time 26', Frequency 20').

BUS

By Train : Biarritz train station is 4 hours from Paris-Montparnasse, 2.5 hours from Toulouse, 2 hours from Bordeaux, 1 hour from San Sebastian Spain and 3.5 km from OCEAN 7. Txik Txak bus lines 5 and 12 take you directly to the "Le Palais" station in front of the Victoria Surf Residence.

By Car : Biarritz is served by the A63 and A64 motorways (exit 4). For parking, see the Parking section.

Parking in Biarritz:

At the payment terminals on streets with paid parking,
the first hour of parking is free.

In other parking spaces, such as on Queen Victoria Avenue, for example, parking time is limited to 30 minutes by an automatic presence detection terminal.

 

Parking near OCEAN 7:

On Arrival:

On either side of the entrance porch of the Victoria Surf Residence and the bus station, there are 2 x 2 parking spaces as well as on the other side of the avenue. These are paid spaces except for the first hour. If they are taken, it is possible to park in front of the entrance porch with all four wheels of the vehicle on the sidewalk (so as not to hinder the buses) while unloading and loading luggage (minute stop with hazard lights activated).

 

Park longer :


- In the neighboring streets, parking is free for 30 minutes or 1 hour depending on the street, then paid (see opposite the Extract from the parking map). It is free in the streets of the Saint Charles district , less than 10 minutes on foot (streets in gray and white on the map opposite), or near the Asiatica Museum (13 minutes on foot).
- Secure paid parking in the Residence subject to availability between October and mid-May with our partners, but exceptional in high season (June to September) ( contact us ).

- Grande Plage Parking : Secure paid parking under the Residence (vehicle entrance and pedestrian entrance under the Residence on the beach side of Avenue du Gal de Gaulle), (approx. €20 per night) or Casino Parkingless than 3' (290m).

The Casino Parking has several charging stations for electric or hybrid vehicles .

- Other Parking around the Victoria Surf Residence:

Bellevue (439m), Verdun Media Library (473m), Halles Clemenceau (526m), Sainte Eugénie (634m)

MOVE

Everything can also be done on foot or by shuttle in the city and along the coast.

 

In front of the Residence, the bus station " LE PALAIS " is served by lines 5, 11, 12, 38, 128, 136, T1 of the Txik Txak transport network . They provide direct access to the stations of Biarritz and Bayonne, to the airport, to other beaches, or even, via train, to Hendaye, or even to San Sebastian in Spain.

 

Free shuttles N4 and N5 serve the entire city from Biarritz Town Hall, which is 200m from the residence. Other shuttles allow you to travel throughout the BAB conurbation

Bicycle, motorcycle, scooter, and electric bike rentals are available in the area. Vélibleu is a short-term self-service electric bike rental service operating in coastal communities.
